Skin and Hand Favourites

Here a few products I've recently been using religiously and i feel i can't live without. First is this coffee face and body mask scrub, Its says ' Lets have another cup'o coffee! wake your skin up with this exfoliating mask, leaving it smooth and soft.' I agree with that it leaves my skin so soft and silky i don't even feel the need to apple moisturiser even thought i still do with my simple light weight moisturiser. This products great as it really rejuvetes my skin in the morning and its a great base for makeup, i could use this every morning but i wouldn't recommend i use it 3-4 times a week. All you do is cleanse your skin apple the mask to damp skin leaves for 10-15 mins i sometimes only leave for 5 it works straight away, then slowly buff with a damps muslin cloth off my skin.

I've recently wanted to branch out into the higher end of skin care so the first place i went was Kiehl's.
At Kiehl's they were so helpful testing my skin type out and setting me up with a routine and products i needed, one of the first thing i wanted was a cleanser and i got this tester of the Calendula deep cleanser foaming face wash. What i love about this is a little goes along way i've had this for over and month and its still going strong, its great as its gentle on the skin but really deeply cleanses removing all excess makeup without leaving my skin dry but still tightens my pore its basically magic. for sure will be buying this its for normal-oily skin types.

Next from Kiehl's was the Midnight recovery concentrate serum its say's ' A replenishing Elixir of pure essential oils and distilled botanicals to visibly restore the appearance of skin by morning' I have to say I've seen many blogger talk about this and i felt a serum was essential for my skin right now, the weather has got colder and i need a quick fix. After using this for about a week i noticed the results my skin has appeared more softer, clear and replenished, the bottle says it all it doesn't leave my skin oily it gives my skin all the nutrient it needs i no longer have dry spots and it also hasn't broke me out and that was my biggest worry in fact it has help my spots reduces the redness and irritation. Overall this has to be my best buy in a long time for sure worth the price tag. Also smells amazing and lovely to use at night!

I was lucky enough to receive a new Magnitone bare faced vibra-sonic its says

I agree with this a lot ever since I've been using mine my skin look more healthy vibrant and really helped getting all that trapped makeup that you can't get rid with your hands. the new pulsing feature helps simulate your blood flow in your face helping achieve a more youthal looking complexion. It also comes with a bag and a charger i must add the charge on these last forever ! a must in my routine.

 A random one its the rituals hand cream if you didn't know i work in a salon so I'm washing hair a lot, this leaves my hands so dry and soar and horrible, I've been using this for a week now and my hands look so good ! no more white dry hands it leaves my hands so soft and silky like they are brand new. And it smells amazing ! also would be a lovely Christmas present for mums who wash up a lot :)

TanyaBurr - Nyx - BoldMetals

So after procrastination for about 5 years i decided to makeup another blog post Ha! 

so to my 2 friends who read this HEY ! welcome back let talk about things i like and have spend money on basically. 

Tanya burr was probably one of the first Bloggers/Youtubers i'd really got into, What i love about Tanya is how honest and down to earth she is and even though she gets put under the category or 'cute' / girl next door she's really grown in to this powerful women who killed this magazine shoot.

   Besides killing my eyes with these beautiful powerful images she talks about how it all began,  as a teen viewer its really nice to read as I've always wanted to know how she become so successful. 

She talking about her and Jim #POWERCOUPLE #GOALS and his sisters showing her the ropes of youtube about six years ago, If you didn't know about Jims sister they are know as pixiwoo on youtube that started the brand Real Techniques. 

She speaks about her growing up and always planning her life out i related to this as I've always needed a plan, forever scared of failure and not getting anywhere.
 She also talks about all these amazing things she accomplished such as her beauty line,  her book, youtube,blog and so on.

 Tanya done so many thing making me realise there is no limits to what you can do now-a-day ! Her next step is acting being younger she dropped out of drama in school cause she didn't feel good enough and theres was always someone better i think we can all relate too. But i love how she's now so strong and thought I'm gonna do this i love it and i don't care theres aways someone better prettier and stronger then you but I'm gonna do it! SO GO TANYA Kick ass girl and i can't wait to see you on my screen. 

So i won't talk anymore go buy the mag she's such an inspiring women.

(if you was wondering i got the nudes clique colour pop lipstick tester in nudes its lovely and creamy but nothing special Js)

Real tech had a sale and i went crazy £30 for all this YES! and the brushing are amazing quality like I'm so impressed ! soft and are nice and heavy so you can grab them and work. ALSO THEY ARE BEAUTIFUL.

 NYX-

Okay so when i saw NYX was finally got to the UK i died a little and wanted everything but i couldn't so this is what i got. First lets talk about the matt lip cremes, FAB AMAZING all I've wanted and more in liquid lipstick drys matt but isn't drying on my lips just perfect and the colour are to die. Went for London this is the more dark browny taupe colour and Stockholm the dusty pinkish colour. The long wear is okay lasts about 5 hours and you can reapply without all the crusty bits and flakiness! none of that ladies. around £5.00

Of course i got milk jumbo eye pencil it is just creamy yummy amazing for the water liner, makes me look awake and lastly i got this eyeliner in brown perfection its also creamy so amazing for a brown liner and is smugable just overall really impressed can't wait to try more.
You can find this on boots online in the uk not sure if its sold in stores yet :)

True Brit London - BLFW

After looking around BLFW i fell in love with all the new nail polish labels out there, one that really caught my eyes was True Brit London. From the packaging to the chic label making the Brits SUPER PROUD. 

What i love about this labels is the shades are inspired by our heritage to our legendary icons of fashion and beauty. The ingredients are truly amazing and simple starting with Vitamin-E ,Elderflowe And rose extract giving the varnish this lovely healthy natural glow (High shine) Also High pigmentation two coats will do the job. 

Its such a luxury and beautiful on the bed side table, everyone says how pretty it is. 

My down falls are that this product doesn't have the name of the varnish on the bottle but persuades that I'm in love with this nude great to dress up or down, after browsing the website I've seen a few amazing colours i'd love to try and would defo be purchasing. I would say a high runner up to some of my nails inc polishes i for sure recommend you check these guys out if you're a true brit ;)

Tanya Burr Cosmetics Haul/First Impressions

Hey guys!! As you might know I'm a massive follower of Tanya Burr for about 4 maybe 5 years now. I was so in love when she first came out with her range and did grab a few things but i didn't have my blog then, i have tired her lip glosses and they were great but now I'm not really into lip glosses so i though id put them to aside. Just to mention her lip glosses are amazing, the pay off is crazy and the longevity of them.

So here i picked ups few thing i was on a bit of a budget as I'm back to college soon to start my new course in hair and media makeup. SO i hopefully that goes well and i learn some new skills woopwoop!
But as i was saying i picked up 3 thing i felt i would get the most out of so starting with these gorgeous eye lashes, i picked the individuals as I've always wanted to give them ago so why not try for a first a impressions.
( on the right is the eye with the lashes on, 2 small 3 median and 3 large)

As you can tell I've done for a natural look by just adding more on the outer corner of my eye, I love how they just look so effortless but you could for sure go to town and add a bunch. Im pretty happy for my first attempt they can get pretty fiddley, just have fun with them :)

This is tanya burrs nail varnish in 'Penguin chick' I love this shade great for everyday looks good on my skin also the longevity is great had this on for nearly 2 weeks and is still look great not much chipping. Also has a lovely brush to apply the polish with, really easy the only thing i would say is you need really 3 to 4 coats to get the true colour. 

Using the Tanya burr holly wood pallet is a dream the colours are all so pigmented and would suit any skin or eye colour. i followed a tutorial that Tanya post and this is my out come, so in love and great for a night out.     https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ltU7-0RuOhw

A Short Trip To Barcelona

Hey everyone ! I'm back so i thought i'd document a little trip i took with my friend Daisy too Barcelona my First holiday that wasn't a college trip or with parent so it felt pretty cool. Anyways these are just a few thing i did and got while there, and a little OOTD <3

 







Starting with location our hotel was called Hotel onix lice located Carrer Nou de la Rambla, this was great as we was a short walk from the main strip of Rambla where we could find shops one end and the beach on the other, what was also great was finding all the little ally ways leading into the small squares of restaurants and indented shops. I would really recommend just getting lost in Barcelona this is how we found some of the best bars and places to eat. Also don't be afraid of getting lost if you have the google maps app it works with no internet so you can track your location. With time and confidence head more out of ramble its great, with that there is regular metros and busses for you :)

 Another way of getting around Barcelona we found was taking the bus tour, 27 euros a ticket this gives you all day access to the 3 routs where you can jump on and off and different locations. This was great as the busses were regular and you could explore without the hassle of buying multiple bus tickets, this took us to locations such as The Olympic Stadium, The Cathedral and main lane marks in Barcelona. We basically did all the touristy stuff in one day, so the rest was left to shop shop shop.

While out there i thought id take a trip to Sephora , where i expected cheap makeup for someone coming from the uk.. well i was wrong a bit more prices pretty much the same but i did pick up the naked 2, yes I'm late to the bandwagon but i was in need too buy and can't wait to do some makeup tutorials with. This pallet is an essential girls has everything from day too night, much like naked one that i put against  my friends so either is amazing. I also took a trip to Zara packed but great sales i picked up a shirt, but wasn't too pleased with the shopping great too look around though.

i'd like too add if you're into jazz The Harlem Jazz Bar is amazing full of live music cheap drinks and a great atmosphere, the people are lovely and the band really gets you dancing. <3

 And Lastly here the OOTD:

So this was the day we was walking around doing touristy stuff so a came up with a chic outfit that was easy comfy and great for walking.
This year Denim is back it never really left but these button down skirts are everywhere so simple but classic great to dress up and down, Matched this with a khaki vest from american eagle
 Khaki is a colour that is really in for this summer/winter really good in-between with black and white.
Shoes i have my everyday comfy washed out khaki Birkenstocks, life savers so great to walk in without wearing trainer in that heat! For accessories simple black shades found in a brick lane market and my everyday Casio leather strap watch.

Monthly Favourites

 Hey everyone this is my second monthly favs blog i missed last month due to not having many things i loved that were different the month before so here i am with some fun stuff hope you enjoy, as always items will be hyper linked with there name :)

 Soap and glory how i love you, Yes boots did have a 3 for 2 on I'm not sure if it still is and these are the lovely bits i got. 

• Sugar Crush Body Butter:  Oh this smells like heaven, so soft on the skin but you'll be smelling sweet and refresehed all day goes long perfect with the matching body wash.
• Sugar Crush body wash: lovely to wash in leaves you all clean but doesn't stuck all the goodness out of you also has that sweet smell. 
• Whipped Clean show butter: I had never heard of shower butter in my life until i heard loads of blogger raving about this to shave with, and omg its amazing leaves your legs smooth great surface to shave on,  also smells beautiful. 

Jo Malone Pomegranate Noir Cologne:

So after smelling my mums incenses from Jo Malone in this scent i had to find out if there was a perfume, For a while I've been looking for a summer perfume and this is the one. I thought id get the travel size as I'm going on holiday at the end of July and though it would be perfect. I can only describe the smell and refreshing airy and yummy i can't explain in detail you'll have to go give it a smell. And my i add they wrap these things up beautifully.

 

Anastasia Beverly Hills - Contour kit

Okay i went crazy i just had to get it, Once again after to seeing blogger after blogger and youtuber get this i thought screw it. I want to up my makeup game and as I'm now 18 I'm going out more so this is perfect for doing your self up girlys, and if you wanna get that Kim k contour this does it i promise you and works for every day. I'm still practising so i might do a tutorial soon but overall very happy loving the banana power for under my eyes.

Anastasia Brow wiz - Soft brown

All these Anastasia products i got from cult beauty a great website to get some products from the states we can't get and they are not a con they deliver in nice boxes all safe very professional. So after using the soap and glory archery brow for a while i realised i wasn't to happy with the colour and came across this and saw the wide range of colours and found the perfect shade for me, aswell as the brush its un real, having more fuller brows i only need to fill mine in a bit so this is effortless and great for me. 

Mac Whirl liner - Mac Twig Lipstick

So this months lips combo is all mac, Mac is one of them brands you can rely on for a good lip going out or just chilling out. Ive been wearing this most day but more with just the liner to make it less intense but you can really go all out. This just really compliments my skin tone. 

Urban decay all night setting spray

This is the travel size as i wasn't sure if i would enjoy this but after using none stop i think I'm going to have to get the full size, So whats so great this keeps my makeup looking fresh and honestly does last and stays put all night, swell as taking that powered look away making your makeup look much more fresh. A MUST HAVE!

Topshop Sandals

Holiday must have!! tan sandal a little heel perfect for a nice meal or just walking around super easy i can't say much more. They will be in my holiday blog. :) <3

OOTD

ALL BLACK DUNGAREES 

Hey guys so after getting my hair done today in work i thought i looked kind of decent for a Outfit of the day, Working in Toni & guy we have to wear all black and can get pretty plain so to spice it up i found these black dungarees from Topshop. 

This year Dungaree are back ! throughout Topshop and most high end/ high street stores are bringing back the 80's / 90's, and i for one am loving it. With this i have pair with a cute cropped long sleeve top from Topshop (black)  also a pair of Adidas Gazelles (black&white) lastly for accessories my new Brandy Melville gold triangle necklace and my everyday gold Casio watch. For one this outfit is super comfortable and durable for work so if you're looking to spice up your uniform i'd say dungarees are the one, Links to all items below.

Oxford streets LUSH HAUL

After seeing loads of youtube video on the new Lush in Oxford street i thought i'd take a trip down,

i've been a lover of lush for a few years now but released unless it was Christmas or some sort of holiday all the product were the same. Whats great about this lush is its the biggest lush in the world with 3 floors but also has hundreds of new products to try. Sadly i couldn't get them all but picked a few to try out.

Starting with lips.

Here i have an old and a new, Starting with the old bubble gum lip scrub this is a repurchase for me. How to use: Take a dig of this scrub and rub all around your lip to remove any dead skin then after you can lip it right off as its sugar with a bubble gum taste. I love this as someone who always gets dry lips this really helps remove that dead skin. Now for the new the Honey Trap Lip Balm something I've never seen before its a thick lip balm that has honey and mint in, really refreshing on the lips and great for everyday, so far so good. 

 Bath bomb crazy. 

Starting from the left first is the Twilight bath bomb Smell: Sweet but floral, great for the night. If you don't know how to use these all you do is stick into your bath after its run and let it fizz away. Tips: Make your bath bombs last longer Using a little screw driver and a hammer place in the middle and hit away until it cracks down the middle then split into four. 

Next is The Experimenter This has loads of amazing colour and fizzes like crazy. Smells like a dream reminds me of sherbet sweets. 

Lastly is Fizzbanger This one is just like lemons so yummy can't wait to pop this in my bath, and all these will leave your skin feeling and smelling amazing.

 Milky bottle Bath Melt :

 This one has a lovely gentle smell of milk and coco butter, The smell is so calming great for the night or a chilled day. This one you stick under the running water for some cute bubbles, and the little bit of glitter will leave your skin with a sparkle. These are great to soften your skin and will last you a few washes if broken up.




Rose Jam Bubble room:

Cute little sweet rose smelling maccaroon bubble bar is so great another product you can make last longer by twisting and breaking, promises to leave loads of bubble and is great for a morning wake up bath.

These two little thing are very new Lime Pastille bath oil that you leave in the bath to dissolve and turns your bath green and scented with citrusy lime and lemon oils and bursting with extra virgin coconut oil. Leaving the skin once again smooth and beautiful.
Then we have Floating Island Bath oil Piña coladas scent Very sweet and deserting leave this one in your bath as well and promises to relax your through out.

Justin incase you didn't know Lush is vegetarian and vegan also they don't test on animal so i don't see why you wouldn't spend that little extra and know you're getting the real deal no chemical or animals harmed and will leave you for sure happy.
